Welcome to NZORDforums

These forums have been set up so that members of the rare disorder support groups can discuss issues and present news, or simply come together as a community and share thoughts.

Each support group has a set of forums for discussing issues or presenting news. These forums are set up as requested by the group.

Generally, the forums can be read by anyone, but only posted to by people who are registered. Some forums are private and can only be read or posted to by registered users who have been given permission. To obtain permission to access a private forum, contact the relevant person in your group, who can arrange for permission through the administrator of the forums.

The forums use 'cookies' to save forum related information on your computer. If cookies are disabled for your browser, you will need to enable them to use the forums.

Moderators and administrator

Each set of forums has one or more moderators, who can edit or delete posts. The forum administrator can also edit and delete posts as well as remove users.

If you are having difficulty using the forums or find posts that you feel violate the terms of use or feel that a certain user is not legitimate (for example, a person registered only to post spam), please contact the moderator for the forum or the administrator (forumsadmin@nzord.org.nz).
