Meet Fynn's Family

Hi our names are Bridgette and Simon and we are the very proud parents of Fynn.
Fynn was born in April of 2006 and was diagnosed at birth with vein of galen malformation and congestive heart failure. He spent almost two months in NICU at National Woman's Hospital in Auckland and continues to be treated at Starship andAuckland hospital.

Fynn has just had his sixth embolisation in October of this year so we are very familiar with the process and emotions accosiated with these procedures.

Fynn is a very active two year old who keeps us constantly on our toes. He is progressing well and meeting all his milestone although his speech is a litte delayed.

We are excited that tis forum is up and running and would have loved someting like this when Fynn was first diagnosed. We look forwar to talking with other families.
