We all seem to have lasting foot problems of one sort or another. I have increased my walking as I plan to do the Lake Waikaremoana tramp in December with my girlfriends. My husband commented last week that since I have been out walking more I am tripping up a lot more around the place and he is continually telling me to" watch your feet - lift your feet". It's such a pain stumbling around and tripping up stairs etc but I am grateful that I can do these things and that my girlfriends still want to take me with them on these tramps even though they know it adds hours to the day.
